​TAC Law Group is a dedicated litigation services and support law firm comprised of experienced attorneys, in-house investigators and investigators. Our primary focus is the development of factual data and defense theories for use in mass tort litigation. We work closely with national firms to identify case defense strategy and advance the gathering of relevant data on an individual case basis.​

Tracy A. Chesser has been involved in fact development and case defense strategy since 1995 and is admitted in Florida and Georgia. Tracy is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the University of Florida. He may be reached at tachesser@taclawgroup.com

Tyler Jett was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2008, and practiced in fact development and case defense strategy. In 2010, he accepted a position as a Special Agent with the United States Secret Service, where he conducted state and federal criminal investigations and protective missions until 2017. Tyler was also appointed as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Florida, where he prosecuted and tried federal criminal cases on behalf of the Secret Service. Denise Bollinger is a Contract Attorney that received her Bachelor of Arts degree from DePaul University, and her law degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 2001.  She relocated from Illinois to Florida in 2009.  Denise is admitted in Illinois and Florida .  Denise may be reached at dbollinger@taclawgroup.com
